Our job was never finished. The cabinets were supposed to be sanded, then primed, with 2 coats of paint. They weren't sanded, most were primed, some don't even have paint on them. 2 drawers were missed completely and we had to purchase paint to do them afterward. Spots are missed everywhere, a lot of areas don't have 2 coats, and you can see the difference.

Primer and paint ended up on our floors, walls, counters, fixtures, and even our toilets. I still haven't gotten it all off.

She said she offers a warrantee, and it confirms on my invoice, but I've advised of the peeling on many doors that were clearly not sanded, and she stopped responding.

I received a plea requesting the majority of the payment prior to completion. After I obliged the work stopped.

I can only add one photo, but I have hundreds. Every single door/drawer, cabinet box, and kick plate needs fixing.

I had Kassandra come and paint my cupboards and a few walls in my house in the spring. She had completely most of what I had asked but then I was unable to have her come finish due to work. We spoke about her coming back in the summer to complete the touch ups and spots she didnt finish. I reached out multiple times and either got left on read or was told a month she could come but when it came closer to that month I would reach out asking for a date and she wouldnt reply. I do not recommend.

We really hoped by supporting local this would be a better experience. For six weeks, there was minimal communication, no site visit prior to providing a quote, request to modify the quote last minute despite all details and request being in writing and available prior. In the end, they bailed on their commitment and have ghosted us with no explanation or apology despite asking us to purchase paint in advance. Reflecting back, I realize we gave then too many chances to make it right and will make sure other people in our community are aware of our experience so they can avoid the same thing from happening to them

My project started weeks late due to sickness, which I can completely understand. But she never stuck to her word and when she was going to come and what she would complete during her visits. She never came back to do the touch ups and the pain has obvious roller marks in it. The project isnt even complete, as the stairs on my front porch still havent been completed.

My wife and I hired Bandana Betties to do painting in our home. She started June 28. We ended our association with this company July 21. My wife asked for two pieces, that this company still has, to be returned to us, both on her Facebook site and in messenger. The owners response is she hasn’t been in this direction. It’s now August. We started with this company June 28, and ended with them July 21. This is not a reasonable length of time to take to return property that is NOT YOURS! The owner has made zero effort to contact us about returning these two pieces or to actually return them. At what point in time is this now considered theft? Not a company I would refer given how unprofessional the owner has proven herself.

We had a wonderful experience with Kasandra! She was fery flexible with times and she responded to texts rather quickly. I was impressed with her quality of work and her positive personality. I also thought her price was reasonable. I would heir her again.

They worked hard and even through a weekend to help us to start to enjoy our home. We had picked a difficult color which was frustrating for them and us because it was just hard to cover the old paint, but they worked extra time to get it all done and it looks great. Small imperfections were corrected quickly. Id use them again!

I hired bandana betties final cut to re paint my main level of my home september 2014. Kassandra helped me choose flattering colours to use in my home and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. The qoute was for five days but they ended up taking six but the house looked amazing. I have never used such bold colours before but with their help and encouragement the end product looked awesome.
