Philip and Jacqui Haggar of Custom Roofing were absolutely delightful people to work with when my roof needed re-shingling. Philip and his crew uncovered massive rot underneath the old shingles caused by substandard workmanship on the part of the previous roofer.
Philip was meticulous in his work. habits, and he acted in a professional manner by completely restoring the rotten sections and then ensuring that the underlay and shingles were properly installed.
I highly recommend Phil Haggar and Custom Roofing I might add that I didn't know Mr. Haggar before he was hired.
