I contacted Frank of Halton Exteriors to get an estimate on new gutters and the leaf guard system. As we were discussing my gutters, I learned that Frank’s company also offers a service for caulking, which I was intending on doing, as well. October 1, 2019 Frank, Oleg and an assistant attended my home to start the caulking. Oleg and his assistant completed the project and did a fantastic job! They reviewed all the work they did and cleaned up after they were finished. I was pleasantly surprised to when Frank informed me the caulking is warranted for 10 years, nice! Anyhow, I would recommend Frank and his team if you are looking to have all your windows caulked/vents changed. The stuff the builders use is garbage! Get a professional!
