Our oven broken down halfway while cooking dinner. I called Rohan from RG Appliance Services in the evening. He took all info from me; He promised he would have one of the two possible broken part with him when he comes out the next day. I was very impressed; Rohan showed up the time he said he would, replaced the broken bake element. Of course he checked everything was working normal again. A really professional and knowledgeable person to deal with. Thanks Again!
