Michael of Home Delight Studio is mild-mannered, friendly, meticulous and responsive. My job wasn't a big lucrative one but he came by immediately, measured carefully, looked at the competition and was very upfront about what he could and could not do. He gave good suggestions on what would work where, and how long it would take. He was careful in installation and even came back after installation to fix a quibble I had.
