Impressions Concrete And Stone

3 years ago we hired impressions concrete and stone for our driveway and side walkway. Mike never put mesh on the driveway before it was poured he used cement that had fibres in it explaining it was better. Part of the sidewalk cracked just after pouring and mike did come out the following spring to remove the piece. Months later when he had extra concrete he sent over a newbe that told us its his first solo job and had mike on the phone telling him what to do. Never saw Mike after that and he never came back to color it to match the rest of the walkway. The second year i had to hire someone to color match it and the piece had sunk. This year my 3rd i was told from a reputable concrete company that has been around longer than Mike that my cracks are very long and will continue to get bigger because the cuts that were done in the stamp from day one were not deep enough. I have had to pay someone to color the walkway and now to recut the original cuts from 1/4 inch deep to 2 inches deep. Mike is all about the money and not what he can do for the customer after the job is done. Not a company i recommend to anyone.
