Rob and Helen modernized the main floor of our 1953 brick bungalow and completed the following:  restoration and matching of original hardwood floors, planning and layout for open concept kitchen, demolition, framing, insulation, counters, cabinets, lighting and electrical, painting, appliances, tiling, parallel coordination of gas line, central heat, and air conditioning.
