I had a problem with a door and Stephen evaluated the situation and resolved it quickly. He is a nice and professional guy.

I had two windows in my home with broken window cranks and Stephen was the man for the job. He was professional and friendly and went out of his way to show me how to fix the crank if another one should break. I would definitely use Stephen again and would recommend him to my family or friends.

Stephen was very punctual for all our meetups. He listened to the work that needed to be done and made helpful suggestions along the way that were more practical and economical. He was doing work on a property I was not residing in, so I trusted him to pickup a lot of the materials (including vanity, faucets, light fixture, closet doors) to match the current theme of the house and I was very pleased with his choices. He was also very accommodating, as I had added on a few small jobs along the way that he did at no extra cost. I would happily recommend him to my friends and family.

Stephen is hands down the best Man to call on for any job that requires the attention of someone who is detail oriented. He always gives his professional opinion and is on time with his appointments. He takes care of all of my rental property related matters and my Tenants love his presence as well. I would never want to see him retire!!! FYI I'm only putting an approximate cost as HomeStars required me to, but all my projects with Stephen have ranged in price from a few hundred to few thousand depending on the scope of the job required.
