Water was coming up in our basement. Chung was very quick to respond to my message and was able to fit us in within a few hours of contacting.
We will definitely be calling him again for any future work required!

My tenant informed me that the sewer was backing up in the house, I contacted Chung after finding him on homestars - he not only agreed to the after hours service call, but he arrived within 45 minutes. He removed some tree roots that had penetrated into the underground service line - as well as providing guidance on when to perform this service again. this was all done via the telephone as I work overseas -
I would not hesitate to use Chang again for any plumbing/HVAC needs - Chang will be getting my biz this spring for an AC install

The best service you can rely on, Chung is the main person and his work is great. He actually knows whats he is doing rather than some guys who dont. For some reason our furnace acted up this year twice, first it was our construction guys causing problems and then recently something got stuck in the blower and the furnace decided to stop working, having small kid at home i have called and relied on Chung and he has come withing couple of hours to look at the issue and help it make it work.

I would recommend his service to anyone who has issues with furnace and he is 24/7 so will be available always when you call him.

Professional advice, prompt reply and response, reasonable price and excellent service. Per my tenant comment, Chung is a polite and good manner young gentleman.

Our go to plumber wasnt available when our tenant called about the washing machine backing up into the basement toilet, so he called Chung at King's Drain Services to fill in. Chung came within a few hours that same day and snaked all the lines, filled the tubs and sinks and drained everything to make sure all the lines were free and clear. We werent available but when we called the next day to ask what the issue was, he responded immediately to our call and took the time to explain what he had done etc. He was very friendly and personable and did not make me feel like I was imposing on his time. When our go to plumber isnt available we would definitely use Kings as our backup service.

The plumber, Chung, arrived within less than two hours after my call. Our kitchen drain was badly blocked and it took quite a long time to clear it. However the cost was extremely reasonable. The service was efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by King's. Attention to detail, honesty and expertise is what sets this company apart from the rest. Our duct work was a MESS and needed to be completely redone. Our original hot water heater was not up to code (caught by Chung) and our furnace wasn't working as it was not installed properly by the previous owner. Most of the work was done over weekends and Chung was available after hours as well. Will absolutely recommend King's to everyone I know! We're so happy to have found a company/contractor in Calgary that we can trust 100%.
