Chung was extremely responsive to my service request for an AC install. I was a bit reluctant to use a non HVAC specialist but he impressed me with his knowledge of AC systems and his satisfaction guarantee. After the AC unit was installed I noticed the unit was a little louder than I expected due to the vibration of the cage. Chung came back to look at it and contacted the supplier. When the supplier went silent on us he agreed to swap the unit for another one with no cost to us. In the end, we decided to upgrade the unit to a Lennox for a minimal incremental cost. I believe there are many contractors out there that would not have taken our satisfaction as the top priority and we’d be stuck with the original unit. I can’t say enough about Chungs integrity and professionalism.

We ran into a glitch with our furnace on a recent frigid day and, although it started working again, we were concerned that it would go off again in the middle of the night. Trying to find a company that could come out the same day until we happily came across King’s.
Chung arrived later in the afternoon and gave the furnace a thorough once over and made some minor repairs. He also made some suggestions on follow up that we should do.
Chung is a personable young man and very professional. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. As an additional bonus, the service call charge was half that charged by some other companies.
We would definitely recommend King’s to others and will use them again in the future.

I hired King's Drain Services to replace a furnace at my rental house in Calgary. The whole experience was great. Chung went out of his way to accomodate our schedule and did an amazing job. He also made sure I understand how to register for manufacturer's warranty and how to schedule an inspection with the City.

Very good service. Installed Airconditiong unit on the furnace in a very timely manner. Checked all the ducting work and corrected them, though it was not part of Chung's scope. Very friendly approach. Very reliable.

Chung is the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working in my home. He is personable, honest and hard working. Non better and I recommend him very highly.

We recently had one of our old Poly-B high pressure lines spring a leak, and King's came to the rescue to patch the problem in no time. I knew that it was just a matter of time before more of these old lines started to leak, so we decided to get King's to replace all of our Poly-B (i.e. every high pressure line in the house). They were able to get this massive job done in short order at a very fair price, and when things got behind schedule due to some poor work that had been done in the past when previous owners had developed our basement, they worked through the night to get things back on track. Chung was the project manager, and he was a wealth of knowledge, giving us many tips beyond the main issues we were dealing with. We would recommend King's to anyone, and they will be our go-to place to call in the future! Thanks again Chung!
