I first heard about Greenfox through some advertising in my mailbox. I later talked to their representatives at the Home Show. I later asked them for a quote, and ordered my windows from them.

At every step of the process, they were very professional.

This year I decided to replace my 1960's basement windows, as well as my garage windows. I then started to research windows and companies to do the work. I then narrowed my search down to 5 well known and recommended companies. Hands Down, Greenfox Windows had the best products, service and price. My options and pricing were explained to me and all colours were matched to my existing house colours. 9 weeks later, my windows are installed and I an very pleased with the team of installers that had completed the job. The workers clearly spend their time, painstakingly ensuring everything was done properly, as if they were working on their own home. It is very clear when looking at the finished product, no corners were cut and the cleanup was even done very well. From start to finish, even the last round completed by the job inspector, was hassle and stress free.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows. I will be using them in a couple years when I replace several other old windows on the main floor of my house.

Still happy with greenfox though they weren't as top notch as the last time we used them. They did an excellent job on our windows surrounding our ornate oak fireplace & did a fairly good job cleaning up after themselves. But they did have to come back to adjust our patio screen which wasn't installed correctly & either stuck or fell off when used as well as fill in some missing caulking in a number of places. Did not appreciate having to call them to get this finishing work done when the inspector for greenfox said they would call us to set up the appointment but then never did within the time period they promised. We know it is a busy time of year for windows & good workers are hard to find but service & quality are what we've come to expect from this company. Over all we still highly recommend greenfox for your window & door replacement.

I would highly recommend GreenFox to anyone looking to replace their windows. We went with a competitor a few years ago to replace the windows in our upstairs and switched to GreenFox for our remaining windows based on the positive reviews but also based on the quality of their product and the level of service we were receiving from them. You can tell that they care about their clients and a follow-up phone call and site visit proved that point.

The service was excellent. They came when they were suppost too. Kept the area clean, used drop cloths. Cleaned up after themselves. Very polite. . 2 days later another employee came to inspect their work. Would recommend them. 5 stars

We were very pleased with the courteous service we received from the installers. The job was very thorough and the installers were courteous and very meticulous. They took the time to do the job right. They even offered to come back to complete the job on another day as they wanted to make sure they had the time to complete the job to our satisfaction.

Need new windows and doors but not sure who to trust. Tried one bedroom window through GreenFox and couldn't be happier. No condensation through the winter even with humidifier almost always on. Excellent installation of excellent product all started with Peter's professional and friendly salesmanship. Getting front door done now and next year likely everything else and will certainly stick with GreenFox.

When we decided to renovate our 1988 home's basement, we decided we needed to make the basement bedroom window larger and up to current code. We got 3 quotes from different companies, and had them quote us for not only cutting the egress basement window, but replacing other windows in our home as well, since all the windows are original. We chose Greenfox, as their company could do the entire thing from start to finish, without having to contract out the concrete cutting portion, and for a great price. We also had them do 4 other windows in our home that were the "worst", and the cost for those was comparable to other companies, but for a very high quality product with a unbeatable guarantee.

We were absolutely impressed with the installation process! Roman, our installer, along with his co-worker, worked quickly. They put down sheets and plastic to reduce any mess they may made, cleaned up everything perfectly afterwards, and made sure we were completely satisfied along the way. They were SO patient with all our questions without getting defensive or annoyed. They were careful removing our trim and putting it back on afterwards (a service many companies wouldn't do), and in areas where it was not possible, they replaced our trim with the exact match. They even touched up nail holes and wall paint!

We also were so grateful for our rep/salesperson, Peter. He came across so genuine - not pushy like other salespeople, or bashing the competition to get the sale. He came and checked on the progress along the way and made sure we were happy with everything.

The windows look and work AMAZING!!! We will definitely use Greenfox as we replace the other windows in our home. So SO satisfied! Thank you, Greenfox!

Very pleased with quality of product and installation. The quote from Greenfox was almost 1/3 less than other companies. The sales rep was extremely helpful and friendly. The installers were polite and efficient and completed the project in a timely manner in less than ideal conditions (windy and rainy).
