This was my first time going through a window replacement project. The whole experience was completely painless! I held off replacing windows for a long time because of the pain I thought that I was going to have to endure with the sales process, and the length of time that it would take to actually change the windows. The sales process was simple, and they explained everything to us clearly. They presented options to us that I didn't even think of for our situation. When it came time to perform the work, they actually did what they said the were going to do!!! The windows were ready before they told us they would be, and they replaced them, in a fraction of the time they said that it would actually take. My experience was fantastic! I am very impressed with Green Fox Windows. The crew estimated 2 day install, but it only took one day to install and finish the interior casings. Then it only took a couple of hours to finish the outside trim. Tarps were put down before work commenced, so no foot prints anywhere. Cleaned up and vacuumed the work areas. Good job!!

I was disappointed for I specifically asked the person who came to measure the window if my cellular blind would fit the new window frame , he assured me it would. After the installers left we went to put up the blind but it did not fit so we have to put out another $100.00 to get it cut to fit the new frame.

The salesman clearly spent extra effort getting to know our family in order to produce alternate configurations that might better suite our needs. An install date was forecasted with the initial quote and we had the job completed exactly as promised. The instslation technicians were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Install was completed within the timeline promised.
