Outside Door Replacement Failure
Hello Mr. Tennisco. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about the experience you describe here. It's not our standard. Unfortunately, when we have to re-use the old storm door that was installed before and was in use for many years, it may never be as good as new. We are glad to hear that you are happy with our door and installation crew. We are sorry you have not received the service that you expected. We do apologize for getting back to you not the same day but the next business day, unfortunately, we don’t work on the weekends and could not respond to you sooner than Monday. We have a warranty for our work and always here to help. Please let us know if you have any issues or concerns in the future we would like to have an opportunity to make it right. We would have to learn from this incident and will work on ways to improve lines of communication between our employees and our clients.
