Thomas did a great job on the drywall, he was very clean, respectful of our place and respectful of us having pets. (keeping the outside door closed etc.. without our asking). He did some caulking for us in the shower. My initial, review was less favourable than this one (at this point) but he addressed it immediately! He was very genuine in his apology, we all let things fall through the crack, I know I have :(. I was hesitant to even mention my first review being less favourable but I did because no one is perfect and it showed great character and compassion for him to address it and not ignore it. I would use him again and recommend him - very happy and impressed. Thank you, Thomas. :)

Thomas did a great job on the drywall, he was very clean, respectful of our place and respectful of us having pets. (keeping the outside door closed etc.. without our asking). I wasn't impressed with the quote being double what he initially quoted. He did say after starting the project that it would be a bit more than quoted, my bad - I should have asked how much more. I expected approx $200 more, not $400, which was double the initial quote. He also did some caulking in the bathroom shower, which we were not happy with at all. He did say he would come and fix it, but he never did. I understand he is very busy and I followed up twice, he said "he hasn't forgotten about us and will fit us in when he can", I didn't follow up after that. I would still welcome him to come and fix it and would share that as a positive experience. He was aware that the price was double and offered a discount if we use him again for any more drywall work.
