Efficient Installation - Quick Turnaround

Oakville

Ray was diligent with the alarm and video installation process. He modernized my alarm system that was inherited from the home's previous owner. I can now access my alarm system and video feeds from anywhere in the world. No need to be paying $50-$60 a month for alarm monitoring. Thanks Ray.

Ray did an excellent job- he's very dedicated to his work and really explained all the products to me. He came around several times and even came back to trouble shoot when I was having difficulties. Excellent Service and Quick Response

We needed to repair our existing alarm system. Ray responded right away. I put it off for several weeks and Ray kept following up. When I decided to move forward he came to our house the same day and after providing us with all the information he came back 2 days later to complete the work. Highly recommend Ray.

Total Home Security System & Video Surveillance Set up

Ray was great to deal with from day 1. Knowledgeable, flexible and creative in his solutions. He set us up to arm & disarm our system remotely via phone and monitor our camera video also from an App on our phones. The hook up of the system was neat and professional with no exposed wires - he also did a great job of hiding the wires in our unfinished basement. Everything has been working for a week flawlessly and I would not hesitating recommending Ray for any security job.

Ray is professional when it comes to offering/pitching his camera services. Ray becomes irrational, unfair and greedy when it comes to upholding his contracts and words. In my agreement it clearly indicates on the invoice 2 free on site visits per year for free for 3 years from installation, plus a $50 modem connection fee. He does not follow his contracts and charges over $100 for site visits and $100 for the modem reprogramming. Very disappointing from ray.

The estimates and invoices clearly state 2 FREE ONSITE SERVICES for 5 years

and a nominal trip/service charge if $50 if the modem is changed
in 2021, when we installed your system

this was in 2021 when you had the system installed

since then, in 2024, gas prices have sky rocketed

Asking you for 89+tax is NOT UNREASONABLE

you contracted us to fix your problem. We showed up and fixed it

You defaulted on your invoice of $89+tax

I called you and told you that we expect to be paid for this service call $89+tax

job completed

This is not GREED

It's business

you were told very clearly UPFRONT before we went out, that the charge would be $89+tax

An official estimate was emailed to you

Just to let you know, I have written off that invoice as a BAD debt
