I wasn't expecting to call Ray but one day one of my cameras just quit. He spent LOTS of time troubleshooting and trying to minimize cost to me but the camera was kaput (likely from a power surge). Ray returned the next day to re-install and get it all going again. He was very patient and through to ensure all was connected and working properly. Ray remains a very trustworthy and reliable service provider.

Ray is an amazing guy and knows his stuff. His history in the industry was very impressive and he is a very confident, and competent person in this field. He reassured me and answered all my questions and took care of my concerns right away. Installation and setup was every smooth and he guided me throughout the entire process. Amazing. Had some new doors installed and needed Rays services to remove, reinstall and relocate some alarm equipment. It was easy to book Ray to be there at the same time as the other installers.
