We are so happy with the install of our home theatre equipment. So professional, knowledgeable and efficient. From our first meeting to the completion of our home theatre room we knew they were the ones for the job. It was a long search for us to find the right company to do this setup for us. We are so glad we waited and found them.

Ray was prompt, knowledgeable and always ready with a solution. This was our first security system install and he took the time to review the set up left behind by the previous owners and advise on any new equipment we would need. The installation was smooth and after testing it for over a month, we are happy with the overall set up and service.

This was our first security camera system. After shopping around, I decided to go with Total Security Surveillance. Ray was extremely polite, thorough and very available. He showed up the same day I called him, which was very convenient. He explained everything to the last detail. He was always on time and always replied immediately when I had questions, after the install was completed. The work was completed not only on time as promised, but he was also done early! They also cleanup after the install and when they are done, it's like no one had been there!
All cameras we installed were hard wired and there are no visible cables anywhere. Everything was hidden properly and it all looks great. Very professional.
The cameras work perfectly and have excellent clarity. Ray also periodically checks up on the system months after it was completed to make sure we were happy. Ray understands the safety value people have for their families and property.

I had hired Ray, owner of TOTAL SECURITY Co, again last month after he had installed a hi tech home security alarm system back in 2021. This time I hired him to remove that same system since I sold my home and the new owners did not want that system. I needed the system to be removed in June 30 but Ray had already made vacation plans with his family. However, upon learning that I had no other available dates except for June 30 for the removal, Ray actually postponed his trip JUST to do my job. I mean, is this the definition of going the extra mile or what ? Postponing family vacation plans to accommodate your clients needs ? That is going the extra light year in my opinion! I never asked Ray to postpone his vacation plans but he had kindly offered to do so to essentially save my closing. Rays and in turn TOTAL SECURITYs dedication and kindness towards all clients are unparalleled and unmatched. And his quality of work was superb as usual. Ray was responsive, asked all the right questions, gave the necessary technical advice and provided a quote within a couple of hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even went the extra mile to help me source an affordable replacement. When we couldn't complete the job in 1 day, Ray came back on another day, in the middle of a downpour and finished the job.
