We were looking for a speedy installation for a home alarm system. Ray provided a quote within 24 hours and scheduled the work almost immediately to ensure our timeline was met. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, he was always ready and prepared to problem solve and ensure that everything was completed to our satisfaction.

I used Total Security to replace an old alarm system and install 4 exterior security cameras. Ray was very knowledgeable and presented me a number of options at different price points when designing the system. He was very honest about which upgrades were recommended and which were not worth the money. One thing that I particularly liked about Total Security was that the monitoring service included in the installation was $10/month. Many other alarm companies charge the same or more for the installation but then require you to sign a 2 year monitoring contract for $30+ per month!
Ray visited my house many times during renovations and afterwards. He was always flexible to work with my and my contractor’s schedule.
I would use Ray and Total Security again without hesitation.

Ray has been phenomenal in both delivery and customer service. When researching other companies to set up external cameras I found others to charge much more for providing the same end result. Ray's price was very reasonable, and he also provided a personal approach to understanding a customer's needs. Two important aspects that makes a customer happy.

He gets to know his customers and makes you feel comfortable in understanding everything you need to know, including the best places to set up the cameras for optimal results and how to use the system. He also takes the honest approach to not spending more than you need to and save your money.

My system has been running well for a few months now, but should it ever face issues I'm assured Ray is going to be there for quick help.

Will definitely go straight to him for future camera installations should I ever be in that position again, and you need to do so too

I was with another company and was trying for the past year to get some extra accessories added to my alarm system to no avail. Within one month of moving over, Ray was able to switch over our services and add the extra accessories I was looking for. At each step he has always called a few times to make sure everything is working and if any help is needed. I would definitely recommend him and use him for any future projects.

I didn’t have to look for another company as he was the first person who came to my mind. His after sales support has been exceptional... whenever I had any issues with the system,all I had to do was drop a message to Ray and he would be there to fix it right away. Inquired on pricing. My wife spoke to ray on several occasions. He dropped in for a quick consult, shred images, quality of product and resolution. I was looking for a fast installation and wanted the install in with the next 2 days. A man of his word, installed and full ongoing support with any questions around the product. Friendly, well spoken and delivers what you are looking for in a short period of time. Amazing experience and have recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Ray set up an alarm system (fire as well) for my house and detached garage. he utilized a GSM system that does not rely on phone lines. service was excellent and he came to troubleshoot it few times. My initial plan was to set up a camera system but this would not work for this particular situation. I will use Ray again for next time to set up a camera security system for a new house. Excellent service!!
