As discussed PRIOR installation we had agreed that the price you pay was for RUNNING CABLES ONLYWe are not familiar with the workings and programming of any of the 1000s of camera systems that are available online
You asked us to run the cables only
Not to figure out the programming and settings of your system.
you figure out the programming and familiarize yourself with the system that you bought online
And if you are unable to do that you should
call the vendor/supplier you purchased it from
THAT IS ONLY FAIROur agreement was to run THE CABLES ONLY
