Bob gave me a free estimate and was informative but not pushy. Water was getting into my basement and Bob went through the possibilities of what might have to be done, starting with a perimeter drain flush and inspection.
The drain inspection verified tree roots in the drain, and Bob gave me my options on what needed to be done, from best scenario to worst.
It took a lot of digging to 9 feet, (using some heavy equipment and a shovel) but Drainrock was able to find the problems and remove the clogged Big-O pipes and replace them with solid pipes. We did not have to go to the more expensive plan B (ripping up my driveway).
His crew worked hard for 3 days, kept to the estimate, and cleaned up afterward. They even power-washed the driveway which had been heaped with dirt.
They went the extra mile on some other items and Bob was very involved in the process, keeping me informed of the proceedings.
I do a lot of sub-contracting in my own construction business, and it is refreshing to have a great group of guys working hard together to get the job done right.

In your case, we were able to determine that roots from a large tree hade entered the original Big-O drain tile and grown to create a substantial blockage over many years. This blockage caused the back-up of water and ingress into your basement. Our crew excavated an area to a depth of approximately 7' at the front of your home and removed the infested pipe to replace with new PVC. Water now flows around your home, to the sump, and onto the municipal storm connection.
