Where do I even begin with this company besides that they only get 1 star because I had to. Let me start by saying I have never written a bad review for a company in my life, however after over 1 year of frustration and dealing with these guys I feel it is needed to protect others from making the same mistake I did. So over 1 year ago, Arthur from Canglow showed up at our door in an attempt to sell doors and we were thinking of doing so already so I thought...sure great timing.
WORST MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE BAR NONE!!!!! We ordered over $12000 worth of doors (3 single doors and 2 double doors). Instead of attempting to explain the poor workmanship, just take a look at the quality in the attached photos. So first off...if you have a problem, good luck getting in contact with someone that will actually do something or call you back. They will say they are on it and not call you back for MONTHS. Believe me, this is a proven track record with these guys. I actually had to walk right into Arthurs office and explained that they need to communicate with their customers so people know timelines. Obviously made no difference as I have had to do this on several occasions and 1 year later I am still waiting for him to return our calls and finish a 5 door job properly.
Now, they did come and fix the mistakes, but as you can see in the photos below with the threshold, they used a different manufacturer without telling us before they did this. So now our new doors don't match. The front door was replaced also because of the bad router job (as seen in the photo) and now the door finish is a different texture than the others and doesn't even close as good as it did. Every time they come to fix something, another issue arises. When they replaced our rear doors because they had to come back and adjust them, they did such a bad job that the door frame now caught the door sheet metal and bent the crap out of it. Ya they replaced them FOR A SECOND TIME, but look at the sweeps they installed. Not even screwed on, and painted black with spray paint. I could get this quality from any random hardware store. So they FINALLY came back and put on temporary door sweeps that don't look like crap and just fall off. I showed Arthur that the factory paint was also literally peeling off the door with a finger nail so he agreed there was an issue and have now ordered replacement doors for a THIRD time!!!!! Are you kidding me....three times for one set of doors, nothing matches and over 3 months I am still waiting again for Arthur to return my calls!!! I guess he will see me in his office once again and will tell me "please don't be mad". Well I am mad and refuse to stop until my overdue project is done.
