I would like to thank both Cindy in Service Scheduling and Brock, Service Technician for fitting us into the same-day service scheduling and replacing our old cast iron sump pump during a rain storm. Scary stuff watching the sump pit rise!
Excellent response and quality installation in the nick of time. I will be using Roto-Rooter Hamilton for the secondary back up sump pump and battery back up as well.
