Reid Built

We purchased a spec home from Reid Built 2 years ago. We only dealt with them for 2 weeks before possession, and they were good. After possession, you would think we had the plague. it took them 1 year to repair my sidewalk, and showed up without telling me. When I returned home, the stairs to my house were removed, and I had a new sidewalk. it took 3 weeks to have them come back and reattach my stairs. The concrete workers also tore up my brand new landscaping which I was responsible to repair.
During my 6 month walkthrough, I showed them that the painters painted the back doors while they were closed, and when opened, there was a one inch line around the door with no paint. They told me "too bad, I should have noticed that when we did our original walk through, and I would have to fix it myself"

Reid built employers were very helpful and very informative. We have a very unique situation and they had lots if time and patience to get the floor plans right. They satisfied all our needs and did it with a smile! Great service.

They built a home for our family. I find they were really great with service but not very good to explaining what you are signing when purchasing to build the home as well as the contractors for outside work that wasn't finished at the time of possession. I feel we were forgotten about once they got there payment from the bank and that it takes a long time to get unfinished outside work done
