Peter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. Follow-up service was as promised and on time. I was concerned about our trap shortly after he positioned it so I called him and asked him to make an unscheduled check and he did, for a very reasonable cost (the bait is not free!). Very happy with his professional service and will recommend him to others.

We had noticed a growing number of wasps at our front entrance and called Peter at Power Pest Control. He answered my call and was at our house within 2 hours! He got rid of the HUGE nest in our soffit/fascia and 2 hours later we aren't afraid to walk in our front door anymore. Thank you SO much Peter! You did a great job and I will gladly refer you to anyone who is looking for a reliable and efficient exterminator!!!

I found wasps coming in and out from under my eaves at the back of my house. I tried to get rid of them but I was losing the battle. I then found Peter Power on the internet. He came over and isolated where the wasps were coming from (we could not see the nest but he was able to track the wasps). Peter then made sure he got direct access to the nest and sprayed the nest thoroughly. During this time I asked him a ton of questions which he answered without hesitation.
Once the job was done I monitored the eaves. I called Peter about what I saw and he was able to tell me what was happening in a professional manner.
Peter did the job professionally and pleasantly.

I noticed wasps flying into a unsealed hole where the air conditioner tube entered my home. Peter reassured me this problem would be eliminated quickly. He located the nest between the brick and insulation in my wall, dusted the inside from the basement and sprayed the outside. Took about 20 minutes. He was reasonably priced compared to others and the wasps were not seen after that day. The work also came with a guarantee but that wasn't necessary. Would use his service again.

A total PEACE OF MIND when dealing with Peter - just before the Labour Day long weekend, I discovered a lot of wasp flying in and out the soffit at my front porch. That was threatening especially I had families & friends coming over for visit. I called up other pest control people, but they either did not returned my call or couldn't deal with it until after the holiday. I am so grateful to have found Peter who responded to my call (every time), and explained everything in details so patiently. SPECIAL thanks to him for his impeccable service to come treated the wasp on Saturday morning 7am although his schedule was full for the day, he understands and cares my concerns. I trusted this guy and will not be hesitate to refer him to my friends !

Peter was great. He took the time to educate & inform and provide tips. Removed the nest with ease as it was about 30 + feet high on soffit peak.

Had a wasp next underneath the garage roof and eaves tried to spray with the usual wasp killer four times without improvement. Peter cam within the day late in the evening and took care of it effectively and quickly ! Prompt and very pleasant service, definite high recommendation!

We were traumatized to discover a cockroach in our home. I researched a number of companies and Peter returned my call promptly, was friendly, and patiently answered all my questions. Although I had initially hired another company, after talking to Peter, it was clear he was very knowledgeable and the best choice. As well, he didn't try to convince me to hire him. Rather he spent time explaining what I should ask of the other company to ensure I was going to get my money's worth.

When he arrived, he thoroughly explained what he was going to do and why he used certain products. Prior to and after the job, he consistently responded promptly to all my text messages.

His fee was completely reasonable for the amount of time he spent doing the job and answering our many questions.

He kindly left us a number of traps we could set up for monitoring purposes. It has now been over 2 weeks and there is no sign of any activity. Peter clearly loves what he does and has great customer service. He is a true professional and i would not hesitate to recommend him.

Peter was able to come out on the same day I called him. He was also able to quickly find the nest where I hadn't been able to. Approaching the general area had gotten both my wife and myself stung. It turned out to be in a rotting rail tie that doubles as a step into our backyard! Peter dusted it and offered to come out in the next few days for free if this doesn't resolve the issue (heavy rains are threatening and could potentially wash away the poison).

If I could find more company's with the service I have always received from this company, I would be a very very satisfied customer.
