Peter is a pleasure to deal with. He is courteous, on time and clearly values his customer service. He provides fair warranties for the work he does and he clearly knows what is required. I hope that our problem does not reoccur but I will plan to contact Peter in the future to be proactive. Since he is in great demand, it can be difficult to schedule an immediate appointment but Peter always returns calls and does his best to accomodate.
