Found signs of mice in my kitchen. Peter called me back promptly after I submitted an on-line quote request. He asked detailed questions about the issue and then set up an appointment right away. He was extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem and taking steps to remedy itincluding climbing under the back deck to seal up some holes.
