Fix leaky toilet, make it so it didn't rock
Plumber didn't show up until almost 4PM, leaving us to wait around all afternoon for him to show up. Suggested we should get a different type of toilet that wouldn't work for either my daughter or myself (oval instead of round and higher, and we are both short in the legs.) Since we were keeping the old toilet, I thought that was a bit rich on his part. He was messy, left gummy gook in several places on the upper bathroom floor. The good thing is the toilet no longer rocks like a circus ride. I would have liked a more itemized bill, with prices, instead of the "1" each of whatever as listed there.

Hey there! Sorry for the 4PM show up. Unfortunately we never know times. If anyone tells you otherwise, they are just appeasing you. We've been doing this stuff for 34 years and we've never been able to pin point times. When we get into a customers home and an emergency comes in, we won't just pick up and leave our customer. We finish the job. We always recommend the right height toilet as first option no matter your stature. Because none of us are getting younger, we will all be needing one of the right height toilets. We feel it only fair to offer the option now rather than replacing it again in the future. I'm sorry about that. If I knew who you were, I could look up your invoice and try to help out in the detailing as usually our bills our quite itemized.
