Tempasure Heating And Air Conditioning

I had a new furnace and tankless heater installed a year ago by another company. During the recent cold snap, the intakes began to badly frost up, at which point I realized all the venting was incorrectly installed. Not wanting to go back to this installer because of my concerns with their work, I put out a request here in homestars and got a quick response from Len at Tempasure. He sent out Adam the next day to look at it, whom I could tell within 2 minutes of speaking with him clearly knew what he was doing. He managed to clean up and rectify the mess the previous company left behind. I’m confident In the quality of their work and would definitely give them a shot a bigger jobs in the future.

Right from the beginning, the service from Len was amazing. I got a call within 30 minutes of submitting my request even during the evening when we had freezing cold (-37 Celsius) weather!! Len was great in answering all my questions about how the humidifier (Aprilaire 500M) and the smart thermostat (Ecobee4) would work together. He also explained how to improve my humidity levels (warm water supply, etc). Communication with Len was excellent and timely. When Adam showed up to do the install it was very evident that he knew his stuff but was also willing to learn more - as we both did some troubleshooting getting the Ecobee4 electrically hooked up. Adam was also very clean using booties and a pad when he had to gain access by cutting one ceiling tile (with my permission). He got my Ecobee4 setup, tested it to make sure it was sending signals to the furnace and made sure that the hot water supply connection did not leak.

Len responded promptly to a no-heat situation which was greatly appreciated in cold weather. He performed a very thorough examination, exploring and explaining various possible causes of the error code preventing the furnace from starting. After 2 hrs he recommended a furnace replacement (vs replacing an expensive part that may or may not fix the situation). The new furnace arrived in a few days and was professionally installed (on a Sunday I may add). Upon removal of the old furnace it was seen that Len's replacement recommendation was correct (replacing part would not have helped). I was impressed by the skill and diligence of him and his team, as well as their ability to explain to me what they were doing. Highly recommend them and their work.

We had an awesome repair experience yesterday when our furnace broke. A repairman from Temp A Sure Heating And Air Conditioning came straight away after I called to ask for help. (He was en route into the city!) By 10 a.m., our furnace was repaired and the house began to warm up. He was quick, effective and service-oriented. I highly recommend this company.
