Extremely happy with the prompt response from Pathan and email communication regarding quote, details of the job, payment arrangements and time of appointment. Pathan arrived right on time. He was very efficient, allowed me to hover over his shoulder to learn. He was happy to explain the steps. As an added bonus Pathan reversed the dryer door for me!
