Damian and Terreanc were great. They showed up on time and explained all the work they were going to be doing very thoroughly before starting. Damian made sure I understood the process of the cleaning and kept me informed every step of the way. Both were very professional and friendly. I had the incorrect filter and Damian made a trip the next day to pick some up for me and was kind enough to drop them off at my home. Damian went out of his way to make sure I had the correct filters. More company's need to have this type of work ethic and dedication. I would happily recommend their services to friends and family.

My experience with Duct Cleaning Depot was exceptional. Damian and Adrian were very professional and took the time to give me a thorough explanation of their process before they got started. There was a noticeable difference in air flow and quality by the time they were done.

Damian was a one man army! It was my first home and am dummy when it comes to duct, vent, furnace.. ! He took the time to explain how the whole system runs in my house from A –Z and what kind of work he will be doing!! This guy will tell and do what is supposed to be done. He is NOT like other contractor who comes to your place and start cross selling you all their BS services that you do not need. He even cleaned the entire area of my furnace room and more to make sure it is spot on!

I would give Damian and his team 11 stars if it was an option. Recently moved into a resale home, about 70 years old and the ducts prob hadn't been cleaned in all that time. DCD arrived promptly at 3 PM as promised. They were the friendliest, most courteous guys. They took he time to educate me on their service and took before and after pictures to demonstrate their work. I have had numerous trades through my house over the past month and not one comes close to DCD as far as quality, service and price goes. DCD takes pride in their work and treat your home like it was theirs. Damian, if anyone doubts how good you guys are or the legitimacy of this review, then you can have them email me and I would be happy to act as a reference. Lauren and I cannot thank you enough for the job you did.

We are having a baby in 3 weeks and wanted our ducts cleaned and we had our basement renovated so we made a few calls around. My third call was to Damian, who I eventually found out was the co-owner. Such a pleasant man. I had called him on the Monday and ask about his GroupOn deal but recommended I go with something better to suit what we actually needed. Very impressed with the a la carte treatment but at a GroupOn price. Anyway this was Monday and we needed this done asap and he gave us a time for the Friday, with three different time slots, thus making sure that he did not double book us and to make sure somebody would be home.

What was even more impressive was that he called 30 mins before the scheduled 9am appointment to tell us he would be there on time. We like the that he showed and explained to us what he was doing, making us even more comfortable. This was my first time getting duct cleaning services and but my wife previous experience was very messy and dust blew all over the her previous home. I must say there was no visible dust while and after they worked. They had placed heavy magnetic mats on each vent and left my place cleaner than when they got here.

Thank you Damian for your diligence with regard to cleaning our vents, brushing our vents, cleaning our bathroom fans and furnace. Will recommend to anyone. Great company to deal with.

Very professional, gave red carpet treatment to my home, explained what was going to be done and what to expect afterwards showed before and after pictures and cleaned up afterwards, very happy customer would definitely use them again. I can finally breathe thanks guys!!!!

We spoke to Damien for an urgent requirement when we were fighting a loosing battle with a bird who was one twig short of nailing a address board to our dryer vent!

Damien was there when he said he will be and was extremely efficient in getting the job done. The team is careful of keeping the place clean and using the equipment in a proper manner. They were also kind enough to do an inspection of our dryer area for any defects and fix up our dryer outlet in a proper manner. Awesome services and very courteous.

Very friendly and professional service. On time and put out the red carpet to keep my wood floors clean and safe from damage. Price was very fair for the time it took to do all the vents. Very satisfied customer.

These guys are amazing. Cleaned my ducts and dryer vent. They took their time, paid attention to detail and did not cut corners. They did a fantastic job, would recommend them to anyone. I was first sceptical about duct cleaning, but am so glad i got it done - I saw them pull stuff out of my ducts!!
