Foundation crack led to water damage in our finished basement
Fantastic team. We were frantic after our insurance denied the claim, not even sure which type of contractor we needed to deal with both the inside damages and the outside cause. Dug came in a day after calling, wrote a very professional quote, reassured us that his team could help us empty the full basement and promised to have his guys there quickly. The team started on Monday morning and finished that same day: full demo / removal of the carpet, baseboards, wet bar cabinets, bathroom, affected insulation, and a three piece bathroom - after emptying a full basement and loading it in a 20’ pod!
Then they sprayed and treated all affected areas, set up fans and removed all debris in the space of 8 hours. Kevin, the team manager, Lenny, Dave and their colleague (sorry I forgot his name) were fantastic. Super nice, polite, patient, careful with our goods and just a great bunch of guys. You never want to have water damage in your home, but if you do - this is the team to call.
