He arrived on time, covered the working area on our hard wood floor, explained everything he was doing, checked/cleaned/painted whatever needed doing and left our home as clean as it was when he arrived. He explained how our fireplace could be a lot more energy efficient in terms of maximizing heat and we proceeded with his recommendation, which made total sense, should have done that years ago. He took the time to explain everything to us, was very courteous, and above all left us feeling that we had hired the best man/company for the job. We have already booked him for future annual servicing of the fireplace. We highly recommend Bill and his company - top notch guy!
