Dave did a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. His report was very detailed and he presented himself very professionally. It was great to have a walk through with him to answer any questions I had as he was very easy to communicate with. He pointed out minor issues and gave a timeline of when it may be necessary to tackle them as well as showing the necessary functions to properly maintain the home. I would definitely recommend this company.
