I used Hossein and his team to run around 60 pot lights throughout our house. Hossein was easy to deal with throughout the entire process right from our initial contact, through my 100 follow up questions. Hossein explained all the details so we knew exactly what to expect and exceeded our expectations on the day off. Him and his team provided professional advise, consulting and made recommendations that were best suited for our house and each room. The crew contacted me before arrival, were on time, and were fully COVID protocol ready. I appreciated being shown the different types of lights available and what the effect on my home would be, based on the brightness and hue. There was no haggle over price, I knew when I called for a quote exactly how much it would be, and it is good value for the money.

The installation was precise, everything lines up perfectly. I added a couple of extra lights in the process at their suggestion, which turned out to make a lovely lighting arrangement. There was no upselling pressure.

The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and answered all my questions.

I will have them back in the spring to do the exterior of my home.

We are so pleased with the work that was just completed in our house by Hossein and his company. We had 25 pot lights installed on our main floor. Right off the bat Hossein and his crew were friendly and very knowledgeable. He patiently walked us through the different pot light options and advised us on colour and style. The work was done with attention to detail and efficiency. When they were done all of the spaces they worked in were clean and returned to the original state they were in. We are so happy with the new lights and the work that was done. We would definitely recommend Potlight Expert to our friends and family!

Hossein and his crew did an awesome job updating all our potlights in the 2nd floor and adding new ones in the basement. Compared to all the other contractors I spoke to, Hossein stood out because he was very nice from the first phone call and explained things really well and were very patient answering all our questions. Never did we feel he was rushing us or even forcing us to spend more by suggesting unnecessary work. They arrived on-time(even earlier actually) and completed the work in around ~2 hours. They explained to me what are my choices/options and gave their suggestions when I needed their advice. I will definitely get them in the future to update other pot lights in our house.

My basement lights is not working since Monday I call so many people no one come because of bad weather then today finally I found pot lights expert number I call him and he fix my problem on phone I am so happy and satisfied with his service. He is very politely and nice. In future I like to call him for any service.
