The crew contacted me before arrival, were on time, and were fully COVID protocol ready. I appreciated being shown the different types of lights available and what the effect on my home would be, based on the brightness and hue. There was no haggle over price, I knew when I called for a quote exactly how much it would be, and it is good value for the money.
The installation was precise, everything lines up perfectly. I added a couple of extra lights in the process at their suggestion, which turned out to make a lovely lighting arrangement. There was no upselling pressure.
The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and answered all my questions.
I will have them back in the spring to do the exterior of my home.
