I would not recommend this company for snow removal. They are unreliable and wait until the snow storm ends before coming to clear the driveway. Also very late in returning to clear the snow after the street snow plows put more snow at the end of the driveway.
Website says will clean snow before 6 AM , thats not correct it isnt done till noon ! Never answer/ return calls.

This year Zoom is the most expensive service being offered and definitely can't be relied on.

My neighbor and I paid for snow removal service provided by Zoom Construction this season. They did quite well at the beginning - came on time, drive ways were clean thoroughly. Then later their service quality started getting worse - didn't come until late afternoon or evening (even when there was a heavy snow fall predicted by Environment Canada the night before); no one answer the phone or email. It happened 3-4 times since Jan 2014 already. Today (Feb 18, 2014) is another bad day as there is 10cm snow out there, they still haven't come to clean the snow yet. I would not recommend this company to any one.
