I have worked with Thomas Marzotto Architect on several custom home projects. The projects were located in the centre of Toronto. The firm’s experience in working with challenging sites and designing high-end homes was instrumental in my choice to hire Thomas and his firm. They create detailed drawings and diligently follow through with the building permit documents. The building process went very smoothly due to the high level of construction documents. As a result of the firm’s expertise in traditional high end residences we were able to build two wonderful homes.
Thomas is great at interpreting the client’s needs. He is an extremely talented and creative architect and very easy to work with. It is a pleasure to work with him and his firm. We look forward to use them again for a future project.
