My husband and I debated about replacing our old roof- he thought that he could do it himself- and that the cost of having someone do it was too high- but the quote from Impact seemed really fair, (especially compared to other quotes) and in "family negotiations" I won, and we had Ryan and the team do our roof.

In one day, they arrived, repaired, replaced and tidied up. The team is efficient, hard working, and, the speed at which they operate made my neighbours jealous (they were getting their roof done by another company the same week, and that team took a few days- for an identical job.)
That's not to say quick is always the best- but, these guys, perched up there on the roof were just motoring through the work!

After the job I had a concern about my roof and they came out immediately to look at it, as it turns out, it just hadn't been warm enough yet for the roof to settle, and it's fine now.

All in all, I got a great roof, repaired and replaced for an excellent price- And my husband is happy too.

I noticed missing shingles on my roof and called around for a repair. Impact Roof Works came out and quoted the job. The owner Ryan even went out of his way to match the shingles and without charging extra fixed a couple more spots that were about to deteriorate. Very professional and thorough.

I live in a 3-story home, and woke up to water dripping down onto my dining room table below a bulk head on my 2nd floor.

I contacted a few roof repair companies who all stated that there would be a minimum charge for a representative to come to my home to inspect the issue(s).

I then came across a company called, Impact Roof Works, and the individual to whom I spoke with stated that there would be no charge for inspection/estmate.

A few hours later, Ryan (from Impact Roof Works) was on my roof and replacing some shingles around some vent covers (not sure exactly what it was) which seemed to be the root cause of the water leakage. Ryan was diligent enough to take detailed pics to show me the before and after.

The irony of the situation is that the quote he provided me for the repairs was less than the cost to have an on-site inspection from others. Needless to say, I'm quite satisfied at the cost and the level of professionalism.

Fast forward a couple of weeks later after a couple of moderate rainfalls, and my dining room table remains dry.

The owner Ryan was punctual and answered all questions and concerns and his team did a fine job from start to finish. Clean up was excellent as well and I would recommend them without hesitation.
