My husband and I debated about replacing our old roof- he thought that he could do it himself- and that the cost of having someone do it was too high- but the quote from Impact seemed really fair, (especially compared to other quotes) and in "family negotiations" I won, and we had Ryan and the team do our roof. In one day, they arrived, repaired, replaced and tidied up. The team is efficient, hard working, and, the speed at which they operate made my neighbours jealous (they were getting their roof done by another company the same week, and that team took a few days- for an identical job.) That's not to say quick is always the best- but, these guys, perched up there on the roof were just motoring through the work! After the job I had a concern about my roof and they came out immediately to look at it, as it turns out, it just hadn't been warm enough yet for the roof to settle, and it's fine now. All in all, I got a great roof, repaired and replaced for an excellent price- And my husband is happy too.

I've been to Weston more than a few times. It's a reliable friendly place, and the prices are reasonable. My mother has bought her tiles here, and we've bought our wall tiles, bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles... the works here. THe place is cramped, but the staff are friendly, helpful, honest, and, well, I'd go back, but I've run out of things to tile.

Our GE Profile fridge died, we called these guys (during the holidays) they came... and the service call was inexpensive... but you get what you pay for. It just so happens that they didn't bother diagnosing the problem. They said it was the main board, but... that's been changed and that wasn't the problem. To make matters more insulting, when we told them this they said they had to RE Replace the main board ($350) even though it is brand new (direct from GE appliance centre) and that we would also need a new compressor, which they would be willing to do for "probably" $600.... in the end, they came, they saw an opportunity to cash in fast, and then they left. I'm glad I kicked them out. Try a higher rated company... Toronto has enough people trying to con you out of a buck.
