Ryan responded within a day to the message I left. He came by the house the next day explained all the work that was necessary to fix the leak. Also he took the time to review the current condition of the roof and give us a time frame for replacement (3-5 years). He was very friendly, left the area clean and was very thorough. He also guaranteed his work, which is fantastic. I will definitely be recommending Ryan to friends and family. Awesome work and just a pleasure to deal with.
