Our reno project is still ongoing. After our complaint has been delivered and the issues were identified, the business owner has stepped in and started to focus all resources on our project. We will keep updating this thread according to our progress. We deeply appreciate everyone's hard work at this difficult time.

Larry helped us build our dream custom home, it was a pleasure working with him and his subcontractors every step of the way. His commitment to every detail and help along the way was amazing. Attention as given to every detail and every request listened to . We wouldn't consider another builder for our next home, well why would you when you have the best.

Clay Construction Inc is the ultimate builder in my opinion. They strive to be the best there is at all times. I find their creative and innovative approach to complex problems very refreshing. Instaed of saying "it can't be done", Clay Construction says "let's figure this out" and it gets done. Great people and a great company!

Larry's company, Clay Construction Inc., won the 2013 Georgie Award for Best Custom Homebuilder in BC and deserves the honour! He has been great to work with and caters to our particular needs because his philosophy is to do the best he can for his clients. His business systems are uncharacteristically transparent and he is open, honest, hardworking, and helpful. Many people told us that they "hated" their builder but we "love" ours. Larry guides the project with a sense of fairness often touched with humour . . . and the house is well-built and looks good, too.
