He was prompt and efficient in his initial walk through and estimate. He ensured that he followed all my condo rules for installation. For example, ensuring I had the proper underpadding for sound reduction.
He had my floor installed in one day which was amazing. The floors are what you changed my condo from dark and drab to fresh and clean . I love my floors. Everyone who comes to my place loves my floors. I would recommend Thales- Wonderwoods to anyone.

Due to a leaking pipe in the laundry closet in the apartment, certain hardwood tiles buckled and needed replacing. Thales from Wonder Woods provided excellent service and went above and beyond.

We had some water damaged floors and it became apparent that we would need to have them replaced. After reaching out to multiple companies, i finally found Wonder Woods. From the very start Thales went out of his way to help us out. He was incredibly punctual, visited us on sight a couple of times to review the work needed and advised as to what the best solution would be. Their craftsmanship is Excellent, payed close attention to detail and their pricing was very competitive. I always have trouble finding tradespeople and craftsman that I can trust and work with. Most don't give you priority unless you have a huge expensive job for them. When you find quality people, hold on to them. Wonder Woods is that kind of company.

I am a real estate agent in Toronto always looking for quality. I used Wonder Wood for a damaged floor in a condo that other flooring people said couldn't be done. Thales was prompt, did the job he promised and was very professional. I then used him again to seal a floor at my own home. I have antique pine floors and I had had another flooring guy in to look and he said I shouldn't do anything, even though the finish was coming off and the floor was getting damaged. My floor looks great now.

Wonder Woods boss Thales did a terrible uneven installation of the laminate floors and baseboards. He would not take my calls nor return to finish the job.

I came across wonderwoods on home stars as I was looking to change the flooring to hardwood from carpet. I had a bunch of quotes from other contractors as well from which I decided to go with Thales and his team. From the get go Thales was very knoweldgeble on what was required and was extremely professional. His quote while wasn’t the cheapest, was real value for the work they did.
My main floor had hardwood already and I was particular that the hardwood upstairs matched the mainfloor. Thales gave me many options of which he sourced a company that would custom order the exact hardwood color and sheen of that on my main floor. The work was done well and in a timely manner. His entire team was professional and very polite.
