Chris was a referral from a realtor friend who mentioned she always used his services. We are first time home-buyers and Chris was really impressed with how friendly and professional he was. He was thorough and took the time to explain each aspect of the report and addressed every concern big or small we had of the unit. We were given an estimate of upcoming repairs & maintenance costs where he explained the best and worst case scenarios relevant to our strata. The follow-up work was thorough as well and he advised that we could reach out anytime down the road if anything of concern came up.

My wife and I were looking for a new home to purchase. We were very open to purchase old properties to renovate. Chris was referred by our realtor. I am a perfectionist and I notice when a frame is not leveled properly. Chris has the same mindset, to look for flaws and he will seek all issues we would not think of looking for. He will spend the extra time to ensure his report is impeccable. His work is very well reflected in his final report which he will try to deliver at most the next day. His report is very detailed and his judgement trustworthy to make a good decision on the purchase. I recommend Chris for any inspection especially in a new house because you will be surprised what issues you can find even though the place looks amazing. We asked Chris to do the inspection on a new house we ended up buying. Even after 6 months, I am still using his report to ask the developers to fix the deficiencies.

Chris is a very knowledgeable home inspector. It wasn't our first purchase. We had different home inspectors before. Chris inspected my new home and gave me specific details regarding the conditions of the home and things that need to be potentially fixed. He specifically checked the roof, wiring, plumbing, drainage, foundation and many more things to help me make a smart decision. He listened to my concerns and made sure that all my questions are answered. He also asked me to call/email him if I had any questions regarding the inspection report or any other concerns. Overall, I think he did an excellent job and I totally recommend him to anyone who is looking for home inspection. He has extensive experience and knowledge and exactly knows what to look for (specially in old houses like mine).

Chris was obviously knowledgeable and thorough. Despite our assumptions the place was in great shape, he still went over everything withe a fine-toothed comb. His report was extensive, clear & precise, and he was clear about not making any monetary assumptions on the value of the place, which we'd read is a cheap strategy of some inspectors to "tube" a place in order to line up more inspections. We have been in the place for 7 months now and nothing major has reared its head as missed and couldn't be happier with the decision Chris helped us make.
