Requested a home inspection for a home we had recently offered on. Chris came out and did a very thorough inspection that led us to decide against that house. We subsequently offered on a second home and had him come buy to inspect. Again he was thorough and advised us on all the intricacies of the home. He walked us through all the concern points including the attic and garage. His report was thorough and he reviewed it with us again upon completion. I would recommend Chris for his straight forward demeanour and honest perception on what he sees and finds.

I had my new apartment inspected before I was in a year so if the builder has to fix something it was fixed before the one year warranty was up. Glad I did I missed somethings and the builder is fixing them before the year is up now.
