Buying a condo, as anyone who has ever done it, is a very stressful process. I called on Chris on two separate occasions , to inspect possible buys, on very short notice. He was great to walk around with during the inspection and took extra time to explain what he was doing and what to look out for. He then gave a short verbal briefing right after the inspection, followed by a comprehensive easy to read report the next day. It was money very well spent - providing much peace of mind. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Chris. Just a great job.
