Chris did an amazing job. He was on time and very thorough. He adjusted my hot water tank because it was dripping too much water. He provided me with a detailed report in the end with pictures. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Hi, I was glad I was able to help. The little adjustment was actually to the trap primer for your basement drain. Normally fixing things is beyond the scope of an inspection. As it was done with your permission on the property you already owned it seemed crazy to leave it running at far too high a rate. I can understand why the sound was bothering you.
