Christ is reliable, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He was great to communicate prior the inspection, was accommodating when we had to change the time and was very helpful on site.
He arrived 30 minutes prior the inspection to take a look on the outside of the building and reviewed our deprecation reports too.
He was detailed, organized and his report was easy to read/understand.
