Chris is very detailed and professional for home inspections. His report is exhaustive and we went ahead with our condo purchase worry-free thanks to him! He sent us the report within a day as promised, he was punctual for the inspection and he gives totally unbiased results which helps you make a sound decision. He also followed up with us a couple of times to ensure we don't have any questions and all is well :) Highly recommend!
