I just wanted to take a moment to write this review in appreciation to Chris for our home inspection. Our realtor had recommend Chris and with short notice we wanted to have an experienced inspector view our 10 year old potential home asap!
Without delay he had contacted us and we had a date setup which made the process very comforting. It has been nearly one year now living in our home and I still remember arriving to the inspection with Chris already on the roof wind, rain and all!!
It was great walking through the home and property with Chris pointing out the smallest thing i would have never thought of, then within a day or two receiving his full detailed report with photos.

Hello Jim, I had to laugh because I definitely remember being on the roof of your home even after nearly a year. The weather was crazy that day but we always try our best to see everything.
