As we were on a short time limit for subject removal, Chris was able to meet with us and complete the inspection within our time frame. His report was very thorough and covered all aspects. Any deficiencies noted were itemized and rated by importance.
We were impressed with the fact that, given the short timeline, a thorough inspection was conducted.
